Virtuoso hits the road across Australia and NZ
Virtuoso’s Senior Manager, Global Cruise Programs, Tony Logan was in the region last week hosting a series of one day ‘Cruise Host Training’ programs in Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast.
This is the first time the program has been run in the region and qualifies Virtuoso advisors to host a Virtuoso Voyage. With over 600 Virtuoso Voyages held globally each year, Virtuoso was keen to see more Australian based network advisors qualified to host sailings from the APAC region.
The training coincided with the Virtuoso Travel Week on Tour held across Australia and New Zealand which included professional development ‘Deep Dive’ sessions held by Virtuoso’s Director of Training, Helen Nodland. The program teaches the advisors how to position themselves confidently in the value chain from travel agent to trusted advisor by utilising Virtuoso’s features.
