Our One-Plate Lunch Buffet allows you to stack your plate with crowd favourites such as homemade Kueh Pie Tee (crispy pastry shell filled with cooked shredded turnip, prawn and egg), Ayam Buah Keluak (chicken braised in a thick, spicy tamarind gravy with Indonesian black nuts), Babi Pongteh (Nyonya style braised pork with fermented soy bean sauce, Nyonya Chap Chye (mixed vegetable stew), fresh seafood on ice and more.

Monday – Teochew Bak Kut Teh (meaty pork ribs in a clear, peppery broth of herbs and spices boiled together for several hours)
Tuesday – Hainanese Chicken Rice (Singapore’s national dish consisting of succulent and tender steamed white chicken served on fragrant rice topped with coriander leaf and sesame oil and accompanied with dark soy sauce and ground ginger and garlic chili dip.
Wednesday – Prawn Noodle Soup (a flavourful prawn and pork rib noodle dish. Broth is painstakingly prepared with pork ribs, prawn head and shells.
Thursday – Fish Bee Hoon Soup (rice vermicelli dish prepared with fish head and bones and served with sliced fish fillet). Choice of milky or clear broth.
Friday – Nyonya Laksa (thick rice vermicelli is meticulously cooked in a rich gravy prepared with lemongrass, chillies, shallots, galangal, turmeric, spices, dried shrimp and coconut milk. This delicious dish is topped with generous servings of prawns, fish cake and tofu puffs. )
