Colibri Boutique Hotels today announced new accommodation packages at their La Zebra, El Pez, Mezzanine and Mi Amor hotels in Tulum, providing guests who stay for a minimum of two nights with access to some of the last remaining tickets to Noma Mexico.

The Noma Mexico “pop-up” – the latest from the noma team after similar residencies in Tokyo and Sydney – will see René Redzepi reunite with friend and former sous-chef Rosio Sanchéz (Hija de Sanchez) to develop a new and original menu using only local and indigenous Mexican ingredients.

Noma Mexico will be situated outdoors between the Caribbean Sea and the canopy of the jungle, and just steps away from La Zebra boutique hotel. The pop-up will open from April 12 – May 28, 2017. Guests booking the Gourmet Getaway Package, which is available for select dates only, will have access to purchase some of Noma Mexico’s last remaining tickets on a first-come basis.

The limited availability “Gourmet Getaway” package includes breakfast daily and accommodations at Hotels La Zebra, Mi Amor, El Pez or Mezzanine, in any room type. A minimum two-night stay is required.  Guests who purchase a “Gourmet Getaway” package will also have the option to purchase two tickets to Noma Mexico during their stay. Tickets will be charged separately and at the restaurant’s standard price.
