Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Kamloops, British Columbia is scheduled to open this week, showcasing the brand’s new design and décor.
The 114-room property will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by British Columbia-based PHI Hotel Group.
Fairfield Inn & Suites vice president and global brand manager Shruti Buckley says the new hotel will continue the brand’s promise of consistent and reliable service.
“Delivering both function and comfort, our new design and décor elevate the Fairfield brand, setting a new standard in the moderate tier category,” Ms Buckley said.
“The Fairfield Inn & Suites Kamloops is a truly stunning example of the brand’s contemporary new look and feel, and we are pleased to introduce Fairfield Inn & Suites hotels in the Kamloops area.”
The new design features include an updated exterior with a signature tower and a glass entrance that ushers guests into the hotel.
The hotel also features the brand’s signature “smart” rooms, with a work area, ergonomic chair and task lighting.
The lobby is a multi-purpose area for guests with an inviting living area, a “connect and print” area, a 24/7 Corner Market for snacks and drinks as well as a dining area where guests are treated to a complimentary breakfast.
